Happy CNY ~~ !!

Hi Peeepsss...

Huuhuhuhuhu...Everyone's so busy with their own lives, we hardly update this blog d. :P Well, thanks to Koh Ping and Edwin...and me...this blog is still partially alive til now. :D Ahem..hinting to the rest who doesn't really update and share! *Always believe sharing is caring* :P Anyway...I'm just kidding. :)

I hope everyone had a good CNY and got blessed from receiving lots of ang pows (though it is more blessed to give than to receive....hehe).

These are the photos taken during the CNY that we managed to get together (except for Ping Ping who has to stay at Cheras for this year's CNY). Knowing that her daughter in her (also my god daughter) is growing strong and healthy...I guess this is gonna a good year for her and the people around her! ;) A baby tigress on the way!! Woohooo :P Scary baby... (Just kidding again)

Never fail to meet my cousin, Edwin each time I go back to Kuching!

So chubby d...hoho. *Poke poke*

And the rest of the guys...Ronald, Michael and Charles. Thanks, guys..for the time to meet up for lunch in the city even with the bad traffic.

Ha...all the Ex-Highians~~ All of them are from the science stream...only me. :X Surprised to see Hee Chien's balding. Used to be quite close with him during high school.

And Jenn...getting prettier each time I see her. Gosh...I realized my girlfriends are so good in dressing up and makeup, it makes me feel that I'm slacking in those area.

We were classmates during Form 1 til 3. Pretty close to each other. Missed those times~ We were at Starbucks, Jln Song for our last gathering. They ran out of milk during CNY!! How can that be....LOL. Ronald's going back to Australia, Mic's going back to NZ...Jason's thinking of going overseas to work...Ed's doing well in Ernst & Young and soon gonna complete his studies! Oh..and for me, I'm back to PJ. Hehe.

Well, not only humans get to collect ang pows!! Even Girl2 have ang pows! I left her to home boarding at PJ before I come back for CNY. They brought her go pai nien at Subang & Setia Alam and she got 2 ang pows!! RM2 each so total RM4...and I got her a dog treat using that money. :D

There....Girl2 enjoying her treat for CNY. :D :D Syiok nyerrr ~

My B Day!

I have officially lived in this world for 24 years!! Yes about a week ago I celebrated my 24 years of existence in this world. Amen!

It was indeed a memorable day, Sweetie flew in to shower me with gifts and also lots of surprises. The down part was, she missed her flight due to the negligence of Air Asia bus driver and there was no compensation made. SHAME ON YOU AIR ASIA! But the most important thing is that she is that arrived in the city of Kuching safe and sound.

To power things up, brought her to Spring and I went on a lil shopping spree bought my DKNY Men Eau De Toilette, loving it lots. I also bought a shirt from SUB.

Then we had lunch at Silhoutte after that it was off to home for a quick rest while I did a bit of Revision.

Later in the evening, while Miss Angel was dolling up herself, I was a wee bit bored and started to play with her 'treasures'. This is what I came up with =P

After she was done, we were off to pick Sharon and Tee Heng and off we went to Junk restaurant to fill our tummies. We ordered Calamari Mango Salad, Fettucine Carbonara, Baked Prawn and Lemongrass Chicken, and Amen, there were all so delicious~! Especially the prawn....just simply Ommph! Not forgetting the 4 glasses of wonderful Peter Lehman Red wine. Superb!

After that it was off to the Cottage to look for Shirley and enjoy music from the live band. I must say not bad, not bad at all. Considering the fact that we do not have much lounges that have life bands. I had a big huge fantabulous surprise and Angel's friend bought a birthday cake and the bad started to sing a birthday song. Thank you all so much~!

But that's not the end, We went for a late night movie, Finally I watched 2012. All of us went except Tee Heng as he watched it already. The movie was good I enjoyed it but it was long. about 2 1/2 hours. But it was worth it. After that it was off to bed~~

Thanks Sweets for the surprises and prezzies MUACKS!

Edz Updates.

Wow... time is zooming past very fast. It is the end of the year again and X'mas is not too far off. I am having all the X'massy mood now. Wakakakaka.

Well... it has been a mind boggling semester for me as the subjects that I have taken are heavy subjects. Taxation, Financial Management, Analysis for Competitive Advantage and Auditing. Amongst all, FM is fun, cause can use calculator LOL... no lar joking...FM is more calculation and less on words which Tax and Audit is. Audit for one is, how should I put it... a boring subject nothing but words... words... and words... and words which are quiet difficult to understand. Psstt... I had to use short form for some of the terms to remember them LOLx... like PEDCAR stand for Professional Judegement, Evidence, Documentation, Communication, Association and Reporting. There are sooooo many sections and assertions to remember... phew....

I will be facing my final exams on 23rd and 24th each day a paper and 2nd and 4th December respectively. On the 7th December I am being 'employed' to do my internship in one of the Big four companies. Wish me luck... hope I don't screw things up and also don't screw my finals up..

I hope I can learn something for that 3 months of internship.

That's all for me.
Take care my dear friends out there.
Miss you all.

Sylvia's Home coming!! Part 1

I decided to drag this post to this month so I have something to blog about. Hehehe.... On the first day Syl came back It was straight away for the food hunting.

We went to the annual Kuching Food Festival, which is held on every August each year where people literally pig out there. *Psst... I think Sylvia purposely picked this month to come back and pig out... =P*

So I picked up Syl around 8-ish and off we went to eat, on the list was deep fried Ice Cream! You all must be wondering... how in the world can ice cream be fried? 1... the moment the ice cream hits the boiling oil there will be huge explosion and the only cook thing would be the chef....2.... before the ice cream hits the oil it will melt! Well.. here's the gist to it. Don't take in the name literally as the ice cream is actually being wrapped inside two pieces of bread and then it is fried therefore saving the ice cream from melting. Believe it or not even after frying the ice cream still stands firm inside and not melted!

Sylvia's trip back to Kch-part 3

This is a continuation of from the previous post. It was on Friday morning and also the day that Sylvia is flying back to KL. We had a breakfast date and it was Laksa time again and as for me I decided to have Kolo mee. We also ordered Popiah or vegetable spring roll.

We decided to go to ban hock road to have our breakfast, as the laksa there is not bad at all. Most of the food there is good. We had a great time there and guess what, the lady selling the popiah was my ex-student Mary, who is doing insurance sells too. She is a very hardworking lady and her popiah is very good too. Not being bias here but I think her popiah is good. Ok, Let the photos do the talking for now.
